In SC2 Drone portraits why do drones have electricity around their claws?

It could be the new mineral animation. The drones at least appear to be carrying minerals in their portrait as well.

really no idea but could be like probes on SC1 how the use like elictro beamey things =) lol could be a attack or mabey zerg creep bounus errr mabey a pheremone to attract scv's to rape???
